Exchanges are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent on our part.
Proof Required:
An unboxing video is strictly mandatory to claim an exchange.
RETURN POLICY:
Immediate Inspection:
If you wish to return a product, it must be inspected and returned directly while the delivery rider is present.
Delivery Fee:
The customer is responsible for paying the full delivery charge at the time of return to the rider.
